Margin-Leak Audit is an independent Shopify margin-analysis service. We analyze Shopify data to identify specific, actionable margin leaks: discounts, shipping rules, products, refunds and costs that may be reducing a store's margin.
Who runs it
The service is run by Nimisha Sharma, who carries out every audit personally and answers every email at [email protected]. There is no team or agency behind it.
Where we are in the journey
Margin-Leak Audit is new. We don't have customer testimonials or case studies yet, and we won't invent any. To show you exactly what you'd receive, we publish a sample report built on a fictional store, offer a fixed price and scope, and refund in full if we can't identify at least 3 actionable, evidence-backed issues.
How we work
- You send standard CSV exports. We never need your Shopify password, an app install or API access.
- Files are processed locally by our own scripts, not uploaded to AI tools or other online services.
- Every finding shows its evidence, an estimated annual range, our confidence and a specific fix.
- Files are deleted 30 days after delivery.
What we don't do
We don't implement fixes, provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax or legal advice, or run ads. We're not affiliated with Shopify Inc.
